WELCOME TO MY BIOGRAPHY!
My name is Virginia Toth and I consider it a privilege to train individuals with purpose, care, and love.
I believe in holistic training, emphasizing the harmony of mind, body, and spirit.
I utilize physical activity to enhance overall health and well-being, fostering confidence in one’s skin, nurturing self-love, cultivating a positive self-image, and reinforcing feelings of self-worth and self-esteem.
As a 4x Olympic bodybuilding champion and cancer survivor, I harness my 15 years of personal experience, fitness expertise, and knowledge of physical therapy to empower and support others on their journey.

EARLY LIFE
I spent the first 24 years of my life in Hungary, where I was born and raised. Then, I decided to relocate to the United States to pursue my dreams.
During my upbringing, I actively participated in various sports, including track and field, basketball, soccer, and more, both recreationally and competitively.
I developed a strong interest in dancing, prompting me to enroll in a specialized high school program focused on preparing students for careers as professional dancers. My major in this program was ballet, jazz, and modern dance.
Regrettably, the program placed undue emphasis on student body size rather than nurturing talent, resulting in the development of unhealthy eating habits. In response, I joined a gym, where my fitness journey began.

Competition
I began my bodybuilding journey at the age of 18 in Hungary. Within six months, I achieved the prestigious European championship title as a Bikini competitor. A year later, I earned my first World Championship title, marking a significant milestone in my career.
I competed worldwide, but my most esteemed titles and Pro card were earned at the INBA/PNBA Natural Olympia in 2012.
In 2014, my interest in WWE sparked a chain of events that unfortunately resulted in a severe ankle injury, necessitating three years of recovery and multiple surgeries.
Despite still recovering, I successfully defended my Olympia title in 2016, which ultimately facilitated the acquisition of my green card, acknowledging my extraordinary abilities in bodybuilding.

My Spiritual Journey
I did not grow up religious, but my life felt incomplete until I found faith in God in 2022. I dedicated my life to God in April 2023 when I was baptized at Tapestry Church LA.
Later in 2023, I was diagnosed with cancer, which God revealed to me through unrelated bleeding. During the weeks leading up to my surgery, my faith grew stronger than ever. God blessed me with an incredible community, as well as supportive doctors and staff.
God is able. I was miraculously healed and declared cancer-free in November 2023.
He not only healed me physically but also freed me from past heartaches, burdens, doubts, and fears. He provided me with unconditional love, healing, and peace. He filled my life with truth, hope, strength, and courage, allowing me to be here today and pursue my true calling: to share my story and help people!
